Get All Loan Documents

This request allows you to pull a list of all loan documents within your account.

General

Loan documents are often used in lending to keep copies of a borrower's loan agreement and more. Here's what you need to know about this request:

  • This request pulls all of the loan documents saved within your account.
  • Loan documents differ from customer documents, but the two differ only in where they are saved. Thus, the two types of documents use different endpoints.
  • You won't be able to view or download the documents with this request. You'll simply be able to view the documents' information such as file names, document IDs, upload IP addresses, and more.
  • Since you may have a lot of customer documents saved within your account, you may want to use Pagination to filter the results.

A Note About Loan Documents

When you pull document information through the API, the active property will show 0 for all documents. The active property is no longer used to show if a document is active. The archived property, on the other hand, is now used to show whether the document is active/archived. An archive value of 1 means it has been archived, and 0 means it is still active.
