This request uses LoanPro's Daily Snapshot to pull a loan's current breakdown values, which are common for determining loan health, due amounts, and statuses:

  • A loan's current values are stored within the StatusArchive object. This object holds the following information and more:

    • Due amounts
    • Payoff
    • Escrow breakdown
    • Loan Status and Sub-Status, Stoplight, and Portfolios

  • Current loan information is calculated daily during your tenant account's daily maintenance process.
