An on-behalf-of (OBO) token is used as a substitute to another access token. The Secure Payments API uses OBO tokens as a substitute to the standard authorization headers when creating Payment Profiles.This request generates a new OBO token for your account. There's no limit to how many OBO tokens can exist at a time, and once an OBO token is generated within your account, it never expires. However, a single OBO token can be used to create multiple Payment Profiles, so we recommend using an existing OBO token if you have it.
